A reception was recently held at The Public Library for Union County in Lewisburg to honor the winners of the library’s 2009 bookmark contest “Be Creative @ Your Library.” Pictured from l. to r., front row are: Gaven Kratzer, Kelsey Smith, Gabe DeFacis, Kieran S.
