Recently, the 2012 recipient of the Leslie Davis Memorial Scholarship Award visited the Mifflinburg Rotary Club.  Randy Rathfon was selected from the Cub Scout Pack 3520 Wolf Den to receive the scholarship after submitting an essay about what being a Cub Scout means to him.  Each year the Mifflinburg Rotary Club and the Lewisburg Sunrise Rotary Club sponsor the scholarship in memory of Leslie Davis who was a Wolf Scout at Pack 3520. The scholarship pays for the recipient to attend Cub Scout resident camp.  Pictured l. to r. is Mifflinburg Rotary Club President, Jill Wenrich, Randy and Athena Berkheiser, Pack 3520 Committee Chair.  The Mifflinburg Rotary Club meets Tuesday nights at 6 p.m. at The Daily Grind in Vicksburg. Meetings are open to anyone interested in learning more about Rotary.
