From Mifflinburg Telegraph Weekly Newspaper Archive
On Sat., March 8, the Cub Scouts of Pack 3520 and the Boy Scouts of Troop 520 braved the rain to distribute flyers in the borough for the annual “Scouting for Food” drive. The goal of the drive is to collect food for the Mifflinburg Food Bank. If you live within the borough and wish to participate, please fill a grocery bag with canned goods (Please no outdated items) and leave it outside your house by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning, March 15th. The Scouts will be by to pick up the food. Shown are four Cub Scouts warming up and having some snacks after a busy morning distributing flyers.
