Recently, Lewisburg Sunrise Rotary Club presented Erin Rishel with the Student of the Month Award from Sun Tech Technical Institute where she is taking the Advertising Art and Design program. Erin is a senior at the Mifflinburg Area School District. Her instructor Kim McBride said that Erin is reliable, get the job done on time and right, does high quality work and also volunteer for extra jobs. She is a graphic designer and also works on a farm. Her mother, Lisa Rishel was also there to support her. Lewisburg Sunrise Rotary Club also presented Katelyn Meiser with the Student of the Month Award from Sun Tech Technical Institute where she is taking the Cosmetology course. Meiser is a senior at the Mifflinburg Area School District. Her instructor Crystal Gutshall said she was a hard worker and great with the customers. She has a deep interest in art murals and planning going to Penn’s College in the fall. Her fater, Mike Meiser was also there to support her.
